This Privacy Policy describes how NINE99 INNOVATION LAB (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the QuickCollage mobile application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

1. Overview

QuickCollage is a photo collage maker app that lets you select photos from your device, arrange them in layout templates, customize with backgrounds and spacing, and save or share your finished collages. The App is designed with a privacy-first approach — all photo processing happens entirely on your device. The only data shared externally is the limited information collected by Google AdMob to display ads (see Section 6).

2. Information We Do NOT Collect Ourselves

We (Nine99 Innovation Lab) do not collect, store, transmit, or share any user data on our own servers. Specifically, we do NOT collect:

  • Personal information of any kind
  • Names, email addresses, or contact information
  • Photos or images — your photos never leave your device
  • Precise location data
  • Usage data or browsing history on our own infrastructure

Note: Google AdMob, our advertising provider, does collect limited data to serve ads. See Section 6 for details.

3. Offline Functionality

The core collage-making features of QuickCollage work entirely on your device:

  • All photo processing and collage creation happens locally on your device
  • Your photos are never uploaded to our servers or any cloud storage
  • No cloud storage or syncing is used

An internet connection is required only to load advertisements through Google AdMob. The App's collage features remain fully functional offline; only ads will not display without a connection.

4. Device Permissions

The App requests only the following device permissions, which are essential for its core functionality:

  • Photo Library (Read Access): Required to let you select photos from your device's photo library to create collages. Photos are accessed only through the system image picker and are never uploaded or transmitted anywhere.
  • Photo Library (Write Access): Required to save your finished collages to your device's photo gallery.

These permissions are used solely for the purposes described above. You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device's settings.

5. No User Accounts

QuickCollage does not require:

  • User registration or sign-up
  • Login or authentication
  • Any account creation of any kind

6. Advertising

QuickCollage shows occasional ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect a limited amount of data — including your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general location (country/region), and basic device info — to serve ads and measure performance.

In regions where it's required (EU/UK/Switzerland), we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice anytime from Settings → Privacy Options inside the App.

7. Analytics and Diagnostics

We do not operate our own analytics. Google AdMob may collect aggregated ad-performance and diagnostic data (such as crash and performance metrics related to the ad SDK) as part of serving advertisements. We do not use any other third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or telemetry services.

8. No In-App Purchases

The App does not contain any in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features. All functionality is included at the time of download with no additional costs.

9. Third-Party Services

The following third-party services are involved with QuickCollage:

  • Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements within the App. AdMob has its own privacy practices — see Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Apple App Store / Google Play Store: Used for app distribution and updates only. These platforms have their own privacy policies.
  • Device Native Share Sheet: When you choose to share a collage, the App uses your device's built-in sharing functionality. We have no control over or access to the services you choose to share through.

10. Data Security

We do not collect or store personal data on our own servers:

  • Your photos remain protected by your device's built-in security and are never uploaded
  • Uninstalling the App removes all app-related data from your device
  • Data collected by Google AdMob is handled by Google under its own security and privacy policies

11. Children's Privacy

QuickCollage is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Because the App uses Google AdMob for advertising, which may collect device identifiers, we do not knowingly allow personalized advertising to children. In regions covered by COPPA and GDPR-K, ads served to users identified as minors are limited to non-personalized ads where required.

12. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data ourselves, there is no personal information on our side to access, modify, or delete. To manage data collected by Google AdMob, you can:

  • Open Settings → Privacy Options inside the App to update your ad consent choices (EU/UK/Switzerland users).
  • Reset or limit your device's advertising identifier in your device's system settings.
  • Uninstall the App to stop any further data collection through AdMob.
